Join us in shaping a more sustainable tomorrow, one tower at a time. Role We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our engineering Corporate Team. Your main functions will be the design, operation and implementation of manufacturing processes to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, and improve sustainability, and maximize profitability. You will be responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process. Responsibilities
- Analyze customer specifications and work in coordination with production, with the aim of producing the goods according to customer requirements
- Guarantee the efficiency of the production processes in terms of time, cost and methodology
- Apply continuous improvements initiatives to production processes
- Perform Lean Production, TPM, FMEA studies, and be responsible for related activities and projects
- Manage process changes and bottlenecks
- Analyze time and methods and define times of all the production phases
- Generating procedures, workflows, work instructions, SAP Routing
- Monitor deviations and define corrective actions
- Follow-up projects and prepare reports to about status, highlighting achievements and possible improvements
- Perform process simulations
- Collect, record, and transcribe data.
- Show results in reports.
- Provide suggestions during incident investigations.
- Research and purchase new manufacturing technology.
- Capability to evaluate new equipment and make investment follow up
- Get ERP data and propose dashboards for process improvement and benchmarking between productive centers Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, developing continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, TPM, FMEA studies and initiatives (Highly preferable if the experience is in a subsidiary plant of a multinational company in Heavy industry, steel sector)
- Capability to travel between 50% and 70% of the time Specific knowledge in:
- Lean Manufacturing
- APQP4WIND
- Steel manufacturing (wellding and surface treatment)
- Project Management
- English Level (C1)
- MS Office: Advance User
- SAP: Advance User
- CAD /CAM Tools (Solidworks, AutoCAD, CATIA): user
- SharePoint, Power BI, PowerQuery, Power Automate: User We are looking for a motivated person, with an analytical mind, result oriented, proactive and well communicator. Contract
