Architect - Basic Design Project (Galicia)

The idóneo candidate will be a qualified architect capable of producing clear and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. This candidate should have solid knowledge of all stages related to project development and completion, ensuring effective coordination with all stakeholders to guarantee timely execution and high-quality standards. The candidate must also possess knowledge of Marbella urban planning regulations and local building codes, ensuring that projects comply with applicable regulations and permitting requirements. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in residential architecture, strong technical capabilities, and the ability to contribute throughout all project phases. Responsibilities
- Create plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of projects.
- Assist in the development of projects from conceptual design through execution phases.
- Utilize knowledge of engineering, materials, construction systems, and design principles to create high-quality architectural solutions.
- Prepare and support technical documentation, including schematic design, executive projects, and construction details.
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and external partners to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with Marbella urban planning regulations and Costa del Sol building requirements.
- Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and documentation.
- Perform quality assurance checks throughout project phases. Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 3+ years of experience in architecture and construction projects.
- Experience in luxury villas or bespoke residential projects is valued.
- Knowledge of Marbella urban planning regulations and local permitting processes.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience working with BIM methodology is valued.
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
