We are looking for a highly organised and client‑focused Administrative Assistant to support our team in Spain. You will play a key role in supporting the preparation and organisation of immigration processes, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Responsibilities
- Monitor enquiries related to Spanish immigration programmes, ensuring information is organised and up to date.
- Support the immigration team with the preparation, organisation, and review of application documentation.
- Support improvements in internal processes and administrative workflows where needed.
- Liaise with local Spanish authorities. Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, immigration, or similar support role. Benefits
