Are you passionate about identifying opportunities, generating leads, selling consulting services, and achieving high-impact results every month? We are looking for a Full Cycle Sales Executive to manage the entire sales cycle for the Italian Amazon & E-Commerce market, from outbound prospecting to deal closure. The role can be based in Madrid or Italy, working in a hybrid model. You will join a multidisciplinary team made up of marketing, product, and technology experts. You will work in an agile, sprint-based environment, within a team that values autonomy, ownership, proactivity, and innovation. Your role will be key to driving revenue growth and positioning our solution as a market leader in Italy. What You Will Do
- Prospect, identify, and contact new clients in the Italian market through various channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.).
- Manage the entire sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Own and manage your sales pipeline and revenue targets.
- Understand client needs and buying cycles, identifying pain points and presenting tailored Amazon & e-commerce solutions.
- Conduct sales meetings and service presentations remotely.
- Close a high volume of opportunities and consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Record and manage all interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
- Become an expert in Azzgency’s services, value proposition, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to support go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze results and extract insights to continuously improve sales performance. Who We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a full cycle sales role, Account Executive role, or SDR/BDR with closing responsibilities.
- Experience selling services (preferred) or SaaS.
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and deal closing.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Italian (native or fluent). English is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proactive, ambitious, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and strategic skills.
- Experience working with CRMs. What We Offer
- Fixed salary + performance-based variable bonus.
- Permanent contract.
- Reduced summer working hours (August).
