GE Vernova is seeking a part‑time Sales Operations and Commercial Risk Associate (4 hours per day, mornings) in Madrid to support risk reviews, commercial contracts, and volume forecasting for the Onshore Wind business targeting EMEA and APAC regions. Responsibilities and Duties
- Schedule risk reviews, ensuring required approvals and stakeholder participation.
- Prepare and manage minutes of meetings (MOM) and agendas.
- Schedule handover meetings from commercial to execution and ensure key stakeholders are present.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is stored correctly for handovers.
- Maintain process‑related information in the official database/repository.
- Support update and maintenance of standard contracts and related tools.
- Update volume demand in internal systems and represent the commercial function in weekly pacing sessions with the fulfillment team.
- Prepare volume update files for monthly operating reviews of the commercial team.
- Manage communications for the Risk Team.
- Provide additional support to Sales Operations and Risk Team as processes evolve. Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or similar (Law or Business Administration preferred).
- Strong IT skills, including MS Excel and web‑based applications.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish not required but a plus.
- Part‑time morning availability (4 hours per day).
- Minimum of 3 office days per week in Madrid office.
- Current university enrollment for the entire internship period. Desired Characteristics
