**About the role**: This role involves managing multiple tracks, together with the to be identified track leaders. Some example tracks that will be part of this program: defining an AI technology strategy and assuring this AI strategy gets embedded into the division specific strategies, deploying an AI training kit, building an AI legal & compliance framework, creating AI awareness & AI evangelism, AI security, following up on some key AI use cases and division-specific AI roadmaps, etc.

**What do you have to offer?**
- Excellent stakeholder management on all levels including C-level, across all business units
- Proven experience in program management (5+ years), preferably within a technology area
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken

**Which tasks can you expect?**
- Coordinating the end-to-end implementation of the AI program, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Defining the AI technology strategy, together with your colleagues from the AI center of excellence
- Driving AI awareness, communications, evangelism within and outside of SD Worx
