To strengthen our WFM Software Implementation teams in Madrid, we are looking for experienced professionals with solid technical skills and a proactive customer-focused approach, committed to excellence. Conduct a detailed analysis of client needs, identifying opportunities to implement bespoke solutions. •Provide ongoing technical support, ensuring efficient and satisfactory user experience. •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of projects. Demonstrable experience in software implementation projects, particularly in WFM and/or ERP solutions (essential requirement). •Knowledge of SQL, including the ability to create and optimize queries (essential requirement). •Familiarity with Windows systems, including the configuration of Windows Server and IIS. •Fluency in English, both spoken and written. •Experience in functional analysis, user training and onboarding.
