Dynamic environmental testing is essential to ensure equipment can withstand extreme operational conditions while maintaining performance and protecting sensitive instruments. The Structures & Environmental Testing team focuses on developing innovative solutions to characterize structural responses and design precise physical tests for the mechanical qualification of products. Project Description Modern aerospace and automotive engineering face increasing challenges in vibration testing as structures become more complex and development cycles continue to shorten. Traditional vibration testing methodologies often struggle to accurately reproduce real‑world damage mechanisms, creating the need for more advanced approaches. New formulations and methodologies are required to properly account for the complex dynamic loads experienced throughout a system's mission profile. As an intern, you will contribute to the development and evaluation of innovative testing and simulation approaches that help improve the accuracy and efficiency of structural qualification processes.
