Process Optimization Lead (Comunidad de Madrid)

We are seeking a Senior Process Optimization Specialist to lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on operational efficiency, process redesign, automation, and continuous improvement, acting as a key partner for business and technology teams.
- Hybrid working model available. Key Responsibilities
- Lead process mapping, modelling (As-Is / To-Be) and redesign of complex operational and strategic processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, analyze KPIs/data, and develop business cases for improvement.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM initiatives and support automation (RPA, BPM, low-code).
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and provide expert guidance to junior team members.
- Manage improvement projects end-to-end and present findings to senior leadership.
- Produce documentation: BPMN diagrams, workflows, procedures and standards. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in process optimization, operational excellence or consulting.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN and process modelling tools (Bizagi, Visio, Miro).
- Advanced Excel, Power BI; experience with RPA tools (UiPath, AA, Blue Prism).
- Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, BPM, Agile/Scrum.
