Operations and Applications Engineer (Comunidad de Madrid)

Infoser New Technologies is looking for an Application Operations Engineer to join a Cloud Application Operations service focused on the stability, continuity, and performance of business‑critical production applications. This role is part of a dedicated production operations team and combines hands‑on technical support with operational coordination across cloud, platform, and application domains. It requires strong ownership, technical depth, and close collaboration with infrastructure, platform, and business stakeholders. Provide first- and second-line operational support for business‑critical production applications Monitor application availability, performance, and overall health Coordinate escalations with infrastructure, API, streaming, and DevOps teams Validate production changes, including impact analysis, smoke testing, and rollback support Participate in release coordination and cross‑team operational planning Strong experience in production application support and cloud application operations Proven incident management experience in business‑critical environments (ITIL‑aligned) Solid knowledge of cloud production environments (GCP and AWS) Hands‑on troubleshooting of cloud‑hosted and distributed applications Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD processes, and Terraform‑based environments Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana, Azure Monitor, GCP Monitoring, CloudWatch) Exposure to API‑based architectures and Kafka or streaming ecosystems Strong written and verbal communication skills in English High attention to detail in production environments Availability for on‑call rotations and support during critical business windows 4+ years of experience in application support, production operations, SRE, or similar roles ~ Spanish residency ~ Telework from Spain Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.es/empleo/6u3ndh
