We are open to both functional and technical profiles who are eager to specialize in Capital Markets systems and work in a dynamic, high-performance environment. - Provide day-to-day support for the Calypso platform
- Analyze and resolve incidents related to trading, post-trade, and operational processes
- Support users across Front, Middle, and Back Office teams
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues
- Participate in platform enhancements, testing, and continuous improvements
- Monitor interfaces, workflows, and batch processes
- Gain exposure to financial products and Capital Markets operations ✔️ What We’re Looking For Functional Profiles
- 1–2 years of experience working with Calypso support or operations
- Understanding of trade lifecycle and financial products
- Strong analytical and communication skills Technical Profiles
- 1–2 years of experience in Calypso technical support or development
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, Unix/Linux , or scripting is highly valued
- Understanding of interfaces and production support environments General Requirements
- Interest in Capital Markets and financial systems
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
