Junior IT Applications Engineer Madrid | Working from home up to 40% | Reference 7452 Our goal is to offer technical support to internal clients (other IT coworkers) regarding projects or productive applications. This position must serve to reinforce this service, increasing the team capacity and improve the support level. In order to achieve that, a high level knowledge of the application landscape, dependencies and integrations is very important. What you will do
- Act as a support technician within a Development Support team
- Understand the SIX processes and apply properly
- Acquire the required knowledge about the applications to which we provide support
- Collaborate with different IT teams to ensure optimal support to the requestors
- Contribute with ideas or initiatives to enhance the team service What you bring
- Linux systems administration knowledge
- Microservices and containerization basic knowledge
- Background in IT corporate tools (Jira/Confluence, GIT, VS Code, etc.)
- High team‑working spirit
