PKPD Modelling Scientist (Comunidad de Madrid)

As part of our continued growth in scientific and translational development capabilities, we are looking for a PKPD Modelling Scientist to join our international R&D; team. This role will play a key part in supporting drug discovery and development programs through advanced modelling & simulation approaches, contributing across preclinical, translational and clinical stages of development. What will you do?
• Develop and apply PK/PD, NLME, PBPK and/or QSP modelling strategies
• Generate quantitative insights to support decision-making, study design and dose selection
• Contribute to exposure-response characterization and translational development strategies
• Integrate biological, preclinical and clinical datasets to support modelling activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with scientific, clinical and development teams
• Participate in innovative AI-driven approaches applied to drug development and drug repurposing initiatives What are we looking for?
• PhD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mathematics or related fields
• Initial industry experience in exposure-response modelling applied to drug discovery and/or development
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Phoenix, R, NONMEM or PK-Sim
• Strong understanding of PK/PD and modelling & simulation principles
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into actionable scientific insights
