Position Summary: Providing administrative support to the GM, BBUU, AAMM and Communication Key Accountabilities:
- Employee Travel Management
- Maintenance and control of the warehouse
- Registering new providers in SAP
- Shipping of marketing material (e.g. manuals, catalogs, brochures), samples and reagents
- Managing internal and external communication
- Maintenance of the stock of office material and daily incidents (e.g. temperature control, maintenance, mail distribution...)
- Supporting the Business Units in the internal and external audits by assuring all the documentation required is available and updated: creation of DRCs in SAP and Sharepoint
- Printing and binding of the BBUU materials
- Request for translations
- Course certificates Minimum Knowledge for the position: Bachelor’s degree student English (Advanced level) Portuguese desirable Skills & Capabilities:
