We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Unified Service Desk (USD) Specialist (f/m) with high level of English and with hands-on experience to join our technical team. The adecuado candidate will focus on the development, configuration, and customization of solutions within the Unified Service Desk (USD), acting as a key contributor to the evolution of our agent desktop platform. The position in 100% remote within Spain.
Your mission will be to design, implement, and optimize advanced customizations, hosted controls, and CTI integrations within Dynamics 365, ensuring high performance, seamless usability, and robust multi-session management.
What would be your main responsibilities in this position?
- Solution Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions to meet business needs.
- USD Development: Develop and maintain customizations within Unified Service Desk (USD), including hosted controls, actions, events, and toolbars.
- Telephony Integration: Implement and configure CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) adapters and connectors for USD.
- Full-Stack Logic: Develop custom hosted controls and frontend logic using C# / .NET (WPF) and JavaScript.
- Platform Extension: Work with USD APIs and the USD SDK to extend platform capabilities and enable smooth application integration within the Dynamics environment.
- End-to-End Collaboration: Collaborate with backend and integration teams to guarantee seamless end-to-end functionality, performance, and maintainability.
What are the mandatory requirements for this position?
- Core Technology: Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
