Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for dedicated Spanish‑Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to Spanish‑speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries from Spanish‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, technical support, troubleshooting, and after‑sales service
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow‑up actions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information
- Provide feedback to enhance customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric approach
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
