Location: Europe – hybrid from one of our sites or offices, or fully remote, with up to 30% travel. Department: Human Resources | Full‑time | Permanent | Employee | Hybrid shift. Job Purpose As the HR Business Partner for Amcor’s Supply Chain function, you will shape and elevate the people agenda across a multi‑country supply chain network spanning 64 plants in 20 countries. You will partner with senior leaders, influence strategic decisions, strengthen collaboration, and drive a more agile, engaged, and results‑focused organization. Principal Accountabilities

- Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies that align with business priorities. Provide insights and champion HR initiatives at both local and regional levels.
- Supply Chain Capability & Talent Development: Lead the design and delivery of talent management programs, performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capability across the network.
- Change & Engagement Leadership: Drive engagement, support transformation initiatives, harmonize HR practices across plants, and foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
- HR Operations & Project Management: Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, HR policies and systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleLink/Workday). xcskxlj Manage key HR projects that improve efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning. Qualifications / Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments, preferably from FMCG corporations
- Experience in matrix, international organisations with strong HR business partnering, talent, and capability development
- Hands‑on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and strong data‑driven mindset
- Skilled in change management with a passion for driving transformation and engagement
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
