**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of proven experience** in real estate sales (residential property).
- **Bilingual proficiency** in **English and Spanish** (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, motivated, and results-oriented.
