You write requirements and technical specs that engineers comprehend and actually trust. /liliStrong UX instincts: you believe great financial products remove anxiety, not just friction. You've run user research, turned messy insights into elegant flows, and kept iterating based on real feedback loops rather than assumptions. /liliClient-facing fluency: you're comfortable leading scoping calls with partners. You know how to surface the right requirements, pressure-test their constraints, and translate what you hear into something the team can actually build and ship. /liliHands-on integral banking and payment knowledge: SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, or real-time payments. /liliComfort with ambiguity and early-stage speed: you know when to ship and learn vs. when to slow down for compliance, security, and scalability.
