HRIT People are collaborating with a well-known multinational company. The company has over 50,000 employees in over 40 countries. After successfully collaborating with this business for over three years, we are now searching for an in-house SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join their HR/IT team in Spain for an 18-month Fixed-Term Contract. The position can mainly be remote in Spain. As a support & Implementation specialist, you will be utilizing your strong functional and operational knowledge to assist the project team. You will be supporting major projects in Employee Central and working alongside cross-functional business departments and the Team Lead. Additionally, you will need to understand functional and business roadmap deployment schedules. To ensure successful prioritized business initiatives across the SuccessFactors, you will work closely with IT peers to define and test solutions. SAP SuccessFactors Time Management would be a Bonus. Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. You should possess a working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. fIdeally, Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Experienced in HRIS Data Migrations Proficiency in the English language is required, and the right to work in Spain Sustainable, Inclusive, Developmental
