Technical Senior SEO Strategist - Madrid based

- Technical SEO expert for Fever’s transactional ecosystems (feverup.com, white label sites, and other Fever group websites), reporting directly to the SEO Manager.
- Analyze, define, and optimize the information architecture.
- Use strong technical skills in crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, HTML, CSS, CDN performance, and API automation.
- Ensure optimal bot accessibility for search engines and LLMs.
- Own monitoring, success KPIs, and tracking methodologies; develop large-scale log analysis dashboards and alerts (ELK, BigQuery, Splunk, or similar).
- Partner with Data, Product, and Systems to execute on our technical roadmap.
- Design, implement, and iterate experiments to raise traffic and rankings at a rigorous pace.
- Audit and measure engineering developments, implementing changes to prevent visibility losses on search ecosystems. About You
- Proven experience as a technical SEO specialist on high-traffic e-commerce or similar sites, with at least 5 years of results-driven work.
- Experience working with international sites and adapting general SEO strategies to local markets.
- Proactive and independent self‑manager, comfortable working autonomously.
- Data‑driven mindset: clear understanding of analytics and metrics, able to make data‑driven recommendation of actions.
- Hands‑on experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions, automate workflows, and enhance productivity.
- Thorough knowledge of search engine ranking factors, including emerging LLM‑powered search ecosystems (RAG, citations, query fan‑out) and their optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is required.
- Critical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Familiar with industry‑standard and enterprise SEO software.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of current SEO practices.
- Strong ownership, initiative, and teamwork orientation.
- Excellent Spanish and English written and oral communication skills. Valuable Requirements
- Understanding of Google Apps Script and Python.
- Knowledge of SQL for data exploitation.
- Experience with workflow automation.
