We are looking for a highly impactful HR Director, HR Business Partnering & Recruiting from the medical devices or pharmaceutical sectors to join a highly successful and dynamic general leader in the medical technology sector. My client is a US listed business with an established presence across the EMEA region, and consequently, this influential role could be based from several locations across Europe including the UK, France, Germany, Denmark or Poland. Fluency in English is required. An additional language(s) particularly French and German preferred. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that will have a broad impact across the organisation. This position is the hands-on HRBP for our Commercial organization of approx. 100 employees and is also responsible for the overall HRBP functions and the recruiting strategy for the full organisation. The role holder will provide HR leadership and guidance to business leaders and act as sparring partner and advisor in translating business strategies into HR initiatives. Subsequently the position holder will be responsible for designing and rolling out those initiatives. Organizational development, talent management, change management, recruiting and employee relations are core responsibilities of this position. The company is changing fast and constantly. So, this role requires a proactive, service-oriented, flexible and fast-acting HR professional with a high sense of urgency, able to deliver impactful solutions based on extensive generalist HR experience. The ability to communicate proactively and clearly with the business and to provide leadership to the team are crucial to being successful in this role. This role requires an experienced HR professional that is comfortable in working independently, has excellent expertise as an HR Business Partner with some experience in leadership and is looking to make the next step in leading a small team and being responsible for the overall results.
