The Opportunity We are looking for an

Electrical Engineering Intern

to join our team in Madrid and gain hands-on experience working with real-world power system applications.

What You’ll Do Power system protection fundamentals (protective relays, settings and testing) Industrial control and automation systems (PLCs, SCADA) Communication protocols (IEC-61850, DNP3, Modbus, Ethernet systems) Engineering documentation and technical specifications Support senior engineers inreal electrical infrastructure projects

What You’ll Learn Electrical power systems and grid operation Protection and control strategies for critical infrastructure Automation and system integration Application of SEL products in real-world environments

What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Electrical Engineering Strong academic exposure to power systems and electrical networks Interest in power system protection, control, or grid operation Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Good communication skills in English and Spanish
