Sales Support Engineer – PV & Storage (Madrid)

Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements from RFQs, RFPs, tenders and technical specifications, identifying compliance, deviations, and technical risks.
- Select, size, and configure power electronics solutions, ensuring the best technical and cost‑effective approach.
- Prepare and coordinate the technical offer, including documentation, sizing justification, scope definition, alternatives, and deviations.
- Support the sales team in customer meetings, providing technical expertise throughout the pre‑sales process.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate costs, lead times, technical feasibility, and proposal quality.
- Maintain technical documentation and customer insights to support continuous improvement and future product development. Qualifications
- Strong understanding of power electronics systems, with experience in solar PV and/or energy storage and the current company product portfolio (Proteus PV inverters and Proteus PCS‑E bidirectional converters).
- Knowledge of electrical diagrams and protection systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards (IEC, UL, EN, IEEE, grid codes).
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into customer-friendly language.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
