Sales Support Intern – Kitchen Retail (Madrid)

About the role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join our sales team in the Kitchen Retail channel. This 6-month internship reports to the National Sales Manager and works closely with the commercial team, providing support in administrative and operational tasks. Location: Madrid. What you’ll do
- Support in managing order issues and tracking deliveries
- Preparation and updating of project budgets
- Managing stock inquiries and coordinating with logistics
- Gathering and sending technical product information
- Supporting warranty claims processing and resolving related issues
- Assisting with administrative tasks that facilitate commercial operations (pricing, reports)
- Identifying leads for new projects (construction projects, database analysis) Who you are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn digital tools and AI
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish What we offer
