Take full responsibility for the daily delivery operations of KA customers in Spain, lead the end-to-end (E2E) delivery fulfillment process, coordinate all relevant internal and external parties, ensure timely, safe and accurate delivery of goods to customers, and independently lead the achievement of monthly and annual KPIs.Lead the formulation and implementation of Spain regional delivery plans, optimize the delivery process based on the actual business situation, and promote the improvement of delivery efficiency and service quality. Be responsible for delivery project data monitoring, in-depth analysis and summary, identify potential problems in the delivery process in a timely manner, put forward effective solutions, and promote continuous optimization of delivery operations.Proficiently manage CRFR, lead weekly dimension KA communication, independently formulate and optimize weekly delivery plans, and provide professional support to solve complex problems encountered by KAs during delivery. Complete other important tasks assigned by superiors, and focus on optimizing delivery efficiency to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related fields is preferred. Experience: 5+ years of KA delivery-related work experience, with in-depth experience in end-to-end delivery operations; at the same time, have a comprehensive understanding of logistics management work, and have relevant experience in logistics process supervision or coordination is preferred.Language: Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese, English and Spanish, able to independently complete cross-language communication, negotiation and document processing, and proficient in using Spanish to communicate with local KAs and partners.
