**About the Role**

As **Barman** at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, within the **Food & Beverage department**, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding beverage experience at Jardín del Ritz, ensuring the highest standards of mixology, service, and guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Bar and F&B; teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Prepare and execute **classic and modern cocktails** at a world-class level.
- Engage with guests, providing expert recommendations and suggesting suitable alternatives.
- Monitor, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Ensure full compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and **Safe & Sound** standards.
- Support the Bar teams in the development and execution of the beverage menu.
- Maintain constant communication with colleagues to anticipate guest needs and manage service flow.
- Create memorable moments through personalized and attentive bar service.

**What We Expect from You**
- Previous experience in guest-focused hospitality, preferably in bars or luxury environments.
- In-depth knowledge of **classic and modern cocktails**.
- Strong understanding of **wine, beer, and spirits**.
- Excellent judgment in the responsible service of alcohol.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and grow.
- Good command of **Spanish and English**; additional languages are an advantage.
