_We are recruiting on behalf of our client
- a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, including Spanish. You will be signing the contract directly with the Spanish employer._

We are currently looking for a **Customer Service Representative** with excellent German and English skills to join our team in Madrid. This role involves providing high-quality assistance to customers while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
- Follow internal procedures and service standards.

**Requirements**:

- **German: C2 level**:

- **English**: minimum **B2 level.**:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in **Madrid**.
