Experteer Overview
In this forecasting-focused role, you will own and optimize the end-to-end forecasting process, collaborating with Demand & Inventory Managers and the Product Team to translate business needs into technical requirements. You’ll monitor forecasting performance, present insights, and drive data-driven decisions within Sales and Operations Planning. You’ll lead standardization efforts to simplify data flows and foster a collaborative, innovative environment that supports continuous improvement.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Monitor and analyze forecasting performance and initiate corrective actions with stakeholders
• Own end-to-end forecasting process and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Develop, maintain and present regular/adhoc forecasting KPI reports and identify root causes of deviations
• Provide actionable forecasting insights to Sales and Operations Planning and Execution processes
• Lead standardization and simplification initiatives for forecasting processes, tools, and data flows across departments
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration and Supply Chain Management with a quantitative focus
• Proven experience with statistical forecasting models in fast-paced CPG/FMCG environments
• Ability to read and query data with SQL; advanced MS Excel; experience with MS Power BI and Tableau is a big plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize processes and drive decision-making
• Precise yet pragmatic; flexible in applying methods as needed
• Open-minded team player with ability to present complex ideas simply
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on attitude and idea contribution
• 5+ years of relevant forecasting experience (sales/demand/SKU/inbound/outbound forecasting, data analytics, BI)
