WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As Product Owner at Permisso, you'll be a driving force behind product development, working at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs. Your mission: ensure we build the right product in the right way, at the right time. Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, sales, and design teams to define and execute product strategy. Own the product backlog: prioritize features, enhancements, and technical work based on impact and feasibility. Translate high-level goals into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Align stakeholders on product vision, roadmap, and delivery timelines. Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Continuously gather and analyse customer feedback, data insights, and market trends to inform product decisions. Ensure the product we deliver meets user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. WHAT YOU’LL NEED To excel in this role, you should have: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS company (extra points if in B2B). A strong understanding of agile methodologies, especially SCRUM. Proven experience in managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and collaborating across cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of product lifecycle and iterative development. Comfort working with UX/UI designers and developers to turn concepts into reality. Good understanding of how APIs work. You know enough to speak the same language as engineers and understand technical dependencies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach — you’re not afraid to dive into the details. Advanced level of English. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: Fixed annual compensation 45k-50k€ + 10% bonus.
