This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Marbella Metropolitan Area for an AI Driven 3D Render Artist specializing in interior and architectural visualization. The artist will create high-quality 3D scenes, including interior and exterior spaces, using AI-assisted workflows and industry-standard tools. Day-to-day tasks include modeling environments and furnishings, applying textures and materials, setting up lighting, and producing photorealistic stills and animations. The role also involves collaborating with designers and architects to interpret floor plans, mood boards, and design briefs into accurate and appealing visualizations. The artist will optimize scenes for performance, maintain organized asset libraries, and iterate on client feedback to refine renders within project timelines. Qualifications Strong proficiency in 3D Modeling and Blender for interior and architectural visualization. Demonstrated skills in Texturing and Lighting to produce realistic, high-quality renders. Experience with Rigging when needed for animated elements or staged scenes. Familiarity with AI-assisted rendering or AI image tools to accelerate and enhance visualization workflows. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and design specifications. Solid understanding of composition, color theory, materials, and spatial design principles. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency with rendering engines and post-production tools (e.g., Cycles/Eevee, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop or similar). Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with designers, architects, and clients on-site. Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in 3D art, architecture, interior design, or a related field.
