- our office in Madrid (Spain) The chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate. Your responsibilities
- You provide customer support in the DACH region and act as the first point of contact for questions and inquiries
- You maintain data and set up new customers, building long-term relationships through excellent service
- You monitor daily warehouse movements and proactively identify and address discrepancies
- You coordinate inventory checks, taking responsibility for communication, analysis, and follow-up
- You handle quality-related issues and stay in close contact with the quality department until resolution Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office administrator, or have comparable experience in customer service
- You are motivated and eager to learn – your motivation is more important than many years of experience
- You have very good German and English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
- You have strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail, the ability to prioritize, and a hands-on mentality
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customers
- You are confident in using MS Office – training on our internal software will be provided What we offer you
