In this role you will own the Treasury Systems domain, ensuring reliable data flows from transactional systems into the Treasury Management System (TMS) to support cash management, forecasting, and risk valuation. You’ll collaborate with engineering, treasury, finance, and external vendors to optimize liquidity visibility and system health. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define the roadmap for treasury systems and ensure accurate data ingestion into the TMS
• Enhance real-time cash visibility and forecasting by aligning with trade maturities, cash sweeps, and settlements
• Oversee banking reconciliation logic and validate deltas against expected cash flows
• Manage market data and valuations to produce accurate MtM valuations for open trades
• Evaluate current FIS Quantum performance and lead strategic analysis for a possible future system
• Collaborate with Engineering to define data pipelines and prioritize efficiency and risk reduction
• Act as primary liaison between Treasury and technical teams, communicating project status and system health

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Banking, or Treasury domains
• Deep domain expertise in treasury, cash management, liquidity forecasting, and FX settlements
• Technical literacy and understanding of data flows across disparate systems
• Strong analytical mindset for complex datasets and financial messages
• Proven ability to handle complex financial logic and produce high-quality documentation
• Vendor management experience with third-party financial software providers (e.g., FIS, Kyriba)
