Project Manager - Marketing Effectiveness (Madrid)

On this occasion, one of our clients — Doctoralia (Docplanner Group), a integral leader in the healthtech sector — is looking to hire a Strategic Projects Manager (AI) to join their innovation team.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role focused on validating new ideas, running experiments, and developing AI-driven products that deliver real value to patients, doctors, and clinics.

Contribute to the creation and development of new AI-driven products and ventures, from ideation to initial scaling.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, UX, Business) to design, validate, and refine solutions.

-Design and execute business and product experiments to test new ideas and market opportunities.

-Analyze product usage data and user insights to generate actionable recommendations.

-At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Operations, Consulting, or similar roles. -Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. -Strong project management skills, with a structured and results-oriented approach. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. -Native Spanish and fluent English (B2+ minimum).
