Business Intelligence Trainee - Minor Hotels Eu&Am - Madrid

This internship position within the Business Intelligence department focuses on supporting data analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring to enable data-driven decision making. The role involves working with large datasets using SQL, Python, or R, and contributing to the optimization and automation of dashboards and reports. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Operational Excellence team to ensure data integrity, availability, and scalability. Exposure to advanced analytics, machine learning techniques, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is part of the role. What will you do?
- Data analysis support, data extraction, and updates of needed reports.
- Optimize and develop improvements regarding current analysis and reports.
- Update recurrent dashboards, planning their updates in advance with the team.
- Sustain ensuring the integrity and availability of data and ensure they can support the company's growth with our current capabilities.
- Contribute to creating a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze KIP's by business area. What are we looking for? Experience No required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Mathematics or similar.
- Having a master's in data analytics, statistics or big data is a plus. Preferred Skills
