Lead the Antenna System Design and Validation Spain Team reporting to the Head of Antennas and RF products. Responsibilities Set and achieve departmental goals aligned with the overall mission of the CoC. Manage the department’s resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure efficient operation. Build and lead a multi‑skill team, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Develop and implement policies and procedures to comply with Airbus standards. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other departments, senior leaders, customers, and partners. Vet all inputs from the department into bids and maintain product roadmap ownership. Maintain team engagement and report to the Head of Antennas and RF products. Qualifications Minimum 7 years experience in team management, technical lead, or project management of complex or advanced space systems. Expertise in space system telecommunication architecture and performance, advanced payload solutions (e.G., passive/active antennas, digital processing/beam‑forming, RF analogue products). Understanding of system engineering from design through manufacturing and test/validation. Knowledge of telecommunication antennas and payload equipment, system/payload/software/hardware engineering lifecycle, and space quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and independent working skills. English negotiation level;

awareness of compliancerisks and commitment to integrity. Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or Physics;
