The school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Secondary Mathematics Teacher** to join our fantastic team.

**About the role** As a Mathematics Teacher at The English Montessori School (TEMS), you will inspire curiosity and independent thinking through engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5. You will be part of a collaborative faculty, helping shape a curriculum that builds strong mathematical foundations while nurturing a love for learning. Through innovative teaching and meaningful assessment, you will support all students to thrive academically while contributing to the wider life of the school as a tutor and community member.

**This is a permanent, full-time position with a September 2025 start date.**

**Who we are looking for**: You are passionate about teaching and keen to create a learning environment where students feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and grow. You understand the importance of fostering character alongside academic success and believe in the power of relationships built on trust, empathy, and respect. With strong organisational skills, creativity, and a commitment to ongoing professional development, you bring both energy and professionalism to your role. You have experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is a plus), hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification, and communicate fluently in English.
