**Role Summary**

The Backend Developer
- Systems & Protocols will focuse on backend services with strong emphasis on system-level engineering, networking, performance, and protocol management within a cloud-native environment.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Design and implement backend services handling TCP/TLS communication
- Manage connection lifecycles
- Optimize performance and memory usage
- Develop containerized services on Linux
- Collaborate on API and data model design
- Contribute to system reliability and scalability

**Role Requirements / Must have**
- 5-8 years of backend development experience
- Strong Linux and container expertise
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, TLS, and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in Python and openness to Rust
- Strong experience with AWS, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Detail-oriented and performance-conscious mindset
- Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills
- Fluent professional English
