English-Speaking Tutor & Companion (Marbella) Location : Marbella, Spain (On-site) Employment Type: Part-time, Regular Schedule Salary : To be confirmed (Competitive rate based on experience) About the Role A private family based in Marbella is seeking an energetic and creative professional to provide immersive English language engagement for their 9-year-old daughter. This is a dynamic role focused on active companionship, sports supervision, and natural conversation. The child is preparing to enter 4th Grade at an international school. The objective is to maintain her English fluency and confidence through a fun, outdoor, and active routine. Key Responsibilities
• Immersive Language Engagement: Maintain a consistent English-speaking environment during all activities to build the child's confidence and natural fluency.
• Sports & Recreation Supervision: Accompany and actively participate in (or observe) the child's sports activities, including golf and tennis sessions, as well as beach outings.
• Creative Activity Planning: Organize and lead play-based, energetic, and age-appropriate recreational activities that encourage movement and conversation.
• Logistics & Safety: Ensure the child's well-being and safety during all outings. Reliable transportation to activity locations in the Marbella area is necessary. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Language Requirement: English proficiency at C2 Level
• Professional Experience: Verifiable, relevant experience in child supervision, sports coaching, camp counseling, or education. References will be requested.
• Physical Demeanor: High energy level and genuine enjoyment of outdoor, active lifestyles (beach, sports fields).
• Soft Skills: Engaging, creative, patient, and able to maintain professional boundaries while being a trusted companion. Preferred (Valued) Experience
• Sports Familiarity: Ability to play or coach Golf and/or Tennis at a recreational level to actively engage during practice.
• Local Commute: Candidates who have their own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license will have a logistical advantage. Schedule & Compensation
• Schedule: Part-time, adaptable schedule to be mutually agreed upon. The family is open to considering the candidate's availability for afternoons or weekends.
