Teleoperador (Telemarketing / Inside Sales) (Málaga)

At Ibancar , we are looking for a proactive, results-oriented person with commercial skills, who wants to develop in the areas of sales and customer service within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- Customer service via phone and handling of sales inquiries.
- Closing sales and ensuring that leads are converted into customers.
- Providing personalized advice, identifying needs, and offering appropriate financial solutions.
- Handling objections and negotiating in a results-oriented manner.
- Tracking leads and managing them through a CRM system.
- Providing administrative support, including preparing and managing contracts.
- At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales or customer service (telemarketing).
- Fluency in English (the interview will be conducted in English).
- Knowledge of sales techniques, lead management, and CRM.
- Experience in the financial, automotive, or service sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency with computer software.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
