**Hispania Tours** is looking for a skilled and reliable **Bookkeeper & Office Administrator** to join our international team in Málaga. This is a replacement position due to long-term illness, and we’re seeking someone ready to take ownership of key financial and administrative duties with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **expense reports, VAT (IVA), and year-end accounting**:

- Handle **payments, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting**:

- Support **payroll tasks** in coordination with external partners
- Oversee **daily administrative duties** and office coordination
- Work closely with the **CEO** in a small, supportive team
- Oversee documentation processes, ensuring accurate filing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as primary liaison with local authorities for permits, licenses, and official documentation.
- Process invoices and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
- Implement and improve administrative processes as needed.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

Essential:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in book keeping and office administration or similar role.
- Proficiency in **Excel**, general office tools, and **payroll processes.**:

- Strong **attention to detail** and ability to meet deadlines independently.
- **Fluent Spanish**; intermediate **English or German** is a strong plus.
- A reliable, solution-oriented mindset and a desire to work in a **small, international team.**:

- Valid authorization to work in Spain.
- Based near Málaga with a Driver’s License (B).

Preferred:

- Background in tourism or hospitality sectors.
