**What You Will Do With Us**: We start with the basics. During the first month, you will primarily be at our office for basic training in SAP Payroll and HCM. During your training, you will not only learn the basic principles of payroll but also process wage changes and optimize HR and payroll processes. Together with your team, you will work on smooth payroll processing and stay informed of developments in legislation and regulations. Once you have mastered the basics, you will visit customers to perform the following tasks:

- Complete payroll processing and respond to employee inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and propose process improvements.
- Assist customers with the migration to ECP and implement payroll solutions for existing and new customers.

**Who You Are**:

- Interested in SAP, Payroll, and HR.
- Proficient in both English and Dutch languages.
- Holder of a relevant Bachelor's degree such as HRM, Business Administration, or similar.
