- Transform each client experience into magical moments by crafting personalised experiences that make clients feel confident and energised.
- Build authentic, long-term bonds with clients, ensuring they feel the experience is truly tailored to them.
- Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations, acting always with the client’s experience at heart.
- Master storytelling and the art of engaging questioning to connect meaningfully with clients.
- Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments. What you’ll bring
- A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
- Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.
- Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential ; knowledge of an additional language such as Arabic or French is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in the fashion/luxury retail are essential
- Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
