As the Product Manager for Treasury Systems at Ebury, you own the domain that ensures reliable data flows into the Treasury Management System to optimize cash management, forecasting, and risk valuation. You’ll collaborate with engineering, treasury, finance, and external vendors to evolve the system and potentially lead a replacement if needed. You’ll shape the data ingestion, real-time visibility, and MTM valuations to support global liquidity. This role blends fintech technology with treasury expertise to unlock general growth.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define the Treasury Systems roadmap and ensure accurate data ingestion from transactions into the TMS
• Drive real-time cash visibility and improve forecasting based on trades, cash sweeps, and settlements
• Oversee banking reconciliation logic, justify deltas, and align cash flows with trades
• Manage market data and valuations to deliver precise MtM for open positions
• Evaluate current FIS Quantum setup, identify gaps, and explore in-house features or future system replacement
• Collaborate with Engineering to define data pipelines and prioritize efficiency and risk reduction
• Act as primary liaison between treasury and technical teams, communicating status and data integrity

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years in Product Management in FinTech, Banking, or Treasury domains
• Deep treasury domain knowledge: cash management, liquidity forecasting, FX settlements
• Technical literacy on data flows across systems and how transactions map to treasury movements
• Strong analytical mindset for complex datasets and financial messages
• Experience with complex financial logic and producing high-quality documentation
• Vendor management experience with third-party financial software providers (e.g., FIS, Kyriba)
