At SD Worx, we’re expanding our SAP Managed Payroll Services team and looking for an HR & Payroll Administrator who wants to grow in an international, professional and people‑focused environment. If you already know payroll and SAP Payroll, and you’re ready to take the next step in a multi‑country context, this role is for you. As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you will You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end payroll processing of international clients using SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors . Working within an experienced team, you ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely delivery while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients across countries. Your key responsibilities include
- Supporting day‑to‑day HR operations in Sweden, including preparation of employment and salary certificates and handling statutory deductions and garnishments (e.g. Kronofogden cases)
- Managing absence and sick leave administration, including employer sick pay days (day 1–14) and collective agreement, medical certificates, and required reporting to Försäkringskassan
- Supporting the Payroll Team using SAP Payroll Control Centre in Gross‑to‑Net payroll processing, including taxes, social security contributions (arbetsgivaravgifter) and benefits, in line with SD Worx standards and SLAs
- Participating in payroll controls, corrections and monthly payroll closing, including preparation of data for monthly employer declarations (AGI) to Skatteverket
- Cooperating closely with clients, local country teams and Swedish authorities (e.g. Skatteverket, Försäkringskassan) and supporting queries related to payroll and HR administration What do we have to offer

- 1–3 years of experience in payroll and HR operations, preferably in an outsourcing or BPO environment
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), Swedish would be an asset
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to work with deadlines in a monthly payroll cycle Nice to have
- Practical knowledge of Swedish payroll and HR administration, including PAYE tax reporting (AGI), employer social contributions and sick leave handling
- Experience with SAP Payroll (Swedish localization) and SAP Payroll Control Centre will be a strong asset (not required)
- Understanding of key Swedish employment regulations and institutions, including Skatteverket, Försäkringskassan and the role of collective bargaining agreements From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
