We are looking for a person who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks. You can be part of the team. **What would your daily routine be like?**
- You will process customs and other official documents.
- You will answer client calls with information for clearance or with questions about customs procedures.
- You will be in contact with other departments of the company, primarily Billing and Operations, to provide quality customer service.
- You will work as a team with your colleagues at your center to achieve the company's objectives, providing the best possible service in worldwide shipments while maintaining compliance with customs regulations.
- In short: you are proactive and organized! You know how to make a difference in your area!.

**What do we expect from you?**
- Vocational training is essential.
- A proactive attitude, flexibility, and organizational skills are required.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be a plus.
- Intermediate English will be a plus.
- Communication skills.
- Computer skills at the user level are required.
- Knowledge of foreign trade will be a plus.
- Availability to work: 7:00 AM
- 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
