We are looking for people who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by carrying out administrative tasks. You can be part of the team. **What will your day‑to‑day be like?**
- You will assist in the preparation of Customs Declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks that may arise on a daily basis.
- You will process customs documentation with official authorities.
- You will handle client calls providing information for customs clearance or answering questions regarding customs procedures.
- You will liaise with other departments within the company, mainly Billing and Operations, to provide customers with a high‑quality service.
- You will work as part of a team with colleagues at your site to achieve company objectives, ensuring the best possible service for worldwide shipments while complying with customs regulations.
- In short: you are proactive and well organized! You know how to make a difference in your area!
