**Position Overview**: The **Kitchen Intern** will support the culinary team in the daily operations of the hotel kitchen while gaining hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment. The intern will assist with food preparation, mise en place, and maintaining kitchen standards in accordance with the hotel’s quality and hygiene guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist chefs with **food preparation and mise en place** for daily service.
- Support the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow all **food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)**.
- Help with proper storage and labeling of food products.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- Currently studying **Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or a related field**.
- Passion for cooking and hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic level of **spanish**; other languages are a plus.
