**Your role**
Ensure CUSTOMER VALUE taking into account the key factors of the business and the Company, through operational commercial management of the assigned customer portfolio, in a proactive, efficient manner and focused on constant improvement.
You will be resposaible for:
- Commercial administrative management of clients
- Control of operations with the client
- Knowledge, maintenance and development of the relationship with the assigned clients
- Detect sales opportunities.
- Comply with the processes established by the Company.
**What do we look for?**
You will rock at this role if you: Higher education Languages: high level of English. Minimum 2 years experience in similar position Proactivity, self-starter with focus, determination and positive attitude Ability to work in team Excellent interpersonal communication Ability to stay objective Good knowledge of customer satisfaction principles and best practices.
Residence preferable in the Osona region.
