Join Master as an Assistant Apart-hotel Manager! Master, a distinguished name in the hospitality industry and part of the vibrant Master brand, is actively seeking a highly motivated, responsible, and dedicated Assistant Apart-hotel Manager to join our esteemed team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the exceptional guest experience at one of our prime apart-hotel buildings. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and has a keen eye for detail. As an Assistant Apart-hotel Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager, providing support and stepping into leadership when needed, embodying the high standards that Leonardo Hotels is known for. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Room Readiness: Meticulously inspect and ensure all guest rooms are immaculate and perfectly prepared prior to guest arrivals, guaranteeing a welcoming first impression.
- Guest Assistance & Satisfaction: Proactively assist guests with their diverse needs and requests throughout their stay, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Your goal is to exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
- Quality Assurance: Diligently monitor guest satisfaction levels and identify areas for enhancement, consistently upholding and elevating the high-quality experience we promise.
- Operational Support: Be prepared to assume full responsibility for all apart-hotel operations in the absence of the Hotel Manager, maintaining smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Confidently and effectively handle any issues or challenges that may arise within the building during your shift, providing swift and satisfactory solutions. What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality or guest services sector is highly desirable. Previous experience in apart-hotel management will be a significant advantage.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish (mother tongue) is essential. A high level of English proficiency is required for effective communication with a diverse clientele and team members.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and find effective solutions under pressure.
- Digital Proficiency: Be comfortable and adept at using digital tools and various property management systems (PMS) to streamline operations and enhance guest services.
- Responsibility & Independence: Exhibit a high level of responsibility and independence, taking ownership of tasks and demonstrating initiative.
